I can't live without this magical and aromatic masala..it has to be in my fridge 365 days ! It can be used for garnishing any Indian dessert.It also adds flavour and richness to any dish. I make in small quantities so most of the time I get fresh flavours and when you make at home you know the quality..
You will need:-
Method:- On a non stick tava warm up the saffron just for few seconds. Add all the other ingredients with saffron in a coffee grinder . Grind coarsley leave it for a few minutes.Keep it in air tight container in the fridge. Use whenever needed.

- 25 g pistacheo nuts
- 1/2 nutmeg
- 1 tsp cardamom seeds
- 1 g saffron
